Kerrigan Skelly is a Baptist pastor, Christian evangelist, and street preacher known for being the President of PinPoint Evangelism and preaching at college campuses and events across the United States.

Skelly is controversial among Chrisitan evangelists because of his extreme Arminianism, where he believes it is possible to live a sinless life while still on Earth. Detractors of Skelly see this as a contradition of the Protestant doctrine of sola fide. Skelly has countered this claim by citing passages where Jesus said to "sin no more."

Places where Skelly has preached include Harvard University, University of Alabama, University of Kentucky, Kentucky State University, and at concerts of performers such as Justin Bieber, Toby Keith, and Taylor Swift.
